Rooster Developments is making plans for further housing developments in 2023 on the back of three successful projects in East Yorkshire.
A number of sites are currently in consideration for new homes, including both ‘pocket developments’ and a possible site where as many as 25 new homes could be built.
Director Kirk Dixon said: “Given the success we have had over the past two years, we have had people approaching us asking where our next development will be and when it will happen. That is a sign that we have impressed people with what we have done so far.
“We are in advanced stages with regards to possibly purchasing our next site, and we are considering a number of other possible sites at present which would be suitable for a considerate development, and where high-quality housing is in demand.
“Should anybody want to discuss the possible sale of land we’d be delighted to talk through the options.”
