Our ‘On-Hill’ development in Swanland, East Yorkshire, includes two stunning new four bedroom homes, each including four bedrooms.
Each property has its own individual design, and new owner Deborah Hughes, who has moved from Surrey with her seven year old son, was able to choose her own kitchen, bathroom and detail how she wanted lighting, and her driveway and garden.
She said: “When I bought the house when it was still in the early stages of the build and I was given full input throughout on all the details that make the difference between somewhere being a house, and somewhere feeling like home.
“Nothing was too much trouble. I was able to choose the exact kitchen and bathroom I wanted, but also the smaller details from flooring and the colour of walls, to where I had dimmer lights and even how the garden and drive was shaped.
“The customer service has been superb. I couldn’t be happier.”
